Welcome,
I am a Licensed Integrative Therapist in the UK. I specialise, but not limited to, working with survivors of trauma, abuse, sexual violence, grief and loss, low self-esteem and confidence, stress, relationship issues, anxiety and depression.
As well as private practice, I presently work as a domestic abuse counsellor for a community-based charitable organisation.
As an Integrative counsellor, I acknowledge that people come from all walks of life with a variety of issues therefore; I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs.
I offer a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space for you to explore any difficulties, thoughts and emotions you may be experiencing. I believe you are the expert on your life therefore; I will walk alongside and guide you in reaching your own solutions. This can provide you with healing, clarity and the confidence to move forward and live a more fulfilling life.
My first session:
It is important for you to feel that the counsellor is the correct fit. Therefore, the first session will give us the opportunity to explore what has been concerning you and, answer any queries you may have. As well as, providing you with a sense of me and how I work.
Then, if we decide to proceed we will agree a time that suits you for our weekly counselling sessions.
How I deliver therapy:
I offer both, long and short counselling. I offer counselling via online or telephone.
Academic Qualifications:
• First Class in BA (HONS) in Counselling (Integrative) (2013-2019)
• Access to Higher Education Diploma (Counselling), Level 3 (2012-2013)
• BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 (2011- 2012)
Additional specialist training includes: Safeguarding (both children and adults), risk assessment and management, working with survivors of trauma, working with relational trauma: dealing with disorganised attachment, working with grief and solution focused brief therapy training.
Continuing Professional Development:
I regularly attend courses/training which informs my practice on counselling and psychotherapy.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
