Welcome, my name is Caroline and I am a licensed therapist working in the UK.

I have 10 years experience and it has been a privilege to support hundreds of clients to form more compassionate relationships with themselves and overcome life’s challenges.

I am a person centered therapist and I believe that all change starts with relationship, the one that you have with yourself, others and the world around you. We will work together to create a safe and empowering relationship between us where you can show up as you truest self. It is from this place we will explore how you can overcome challenges and show up in the world as the most authentic version of you. However far away this feels right now I fully believe in your ability to get there and I am looking forward to walking alongside you whilst you find your way.

I work in a warm, compassionate and creative way and am skilled at creating a safe and supportive space for you in which therapeutic growth can happen.

I have a lot of experience in supporting people around times of change in their life whether that be a loss or a new chapter in your life. I have a special interest in supporting people experiencing pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood.

I have had a couple of sessions with Caroline so far and they have been great! I have chosen to have live chats, with messaging as and when in between, and Caroline is always so positive and understanding. I end each session glad that we have chatted and with some tips to try for the following week. Caroline makes you feel normal for wanting to chat things through and is really easy to talk to.
