I believes in supporting individuals with discovering their strengths, balance, and ability to thrive and enjoy life. In order to do this, she adopts an eclectic approach to therapy which includes, strength based, solution-focused, self-psychology, systems and attachment theory. For the past 8 years, she has been working as a qualified mental health professional in various cities in Virginia. She received her Bachelors in Social Work and minor in Spanish at NC State University in 2012, Master's Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2016 and obtained her license in Clinical Social Work in 2019.
