Hi, I'm Jennifer, I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor, a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I have been working as a counsellor and mental health therapist within the NHS and local charities for many years.
I focus on offering a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space for us to work together to explore your thoughts and feelings and support you to find a way forward though life’s challenges.
I know counselling can be very challenging and scary, but it can also be very rewarding. During our time together, I aim to build a strong therapeutic relationship with you, which will provide a space for you to feel accepted, to not worry about being judged and be able to be open and honest. Counselling isn’t about me telling you what to do, but instead, within our sessions we will work together to achieve your goals, to help find solutions to your problems, to heal from your traumas and to grow into the person you wish to be.
