For over 25 years, I have helped individuals to managed stress, anxiety and depression. Others, how to cope with addictions, parenting issues, relational discord and family conflicts.

My therapy style is warm, supportive and interactive. My approach

combines cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, rational emotive therapy and Ericksonian hypnosis. I will tailor the treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
