Hi, My name is Chad Jenkins. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 15 years of experience working in the Mental Health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse/addiction, career change, anger management, trauma, ADHD, and relationship issues.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches with a warm and compassionate style. I believe in treating others with respect and dignity and approaching every individual I encounter with unconditional positive regard. I will meet you where you are and move along at your pace. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.

I consider myself to be your "mental health Uber driver" in that I will never force you to go anywhere you don't want to go, but that you need some idea of where you're going in order for me to assist you.

I acknowledge the courage it takes to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and commend you for your choice in reaching for that goal. I look forward to working with you in achieving your personal goals!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
