My experience comes from providing direct mental health and behavioral counseling to children, teens, and adults with a variety of of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief and loss, and parenting issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My approach to therapy is client centered.
