I’ve seen different therapists throughout my life but I’ve never received the insight and guidance that I’ve received from Ashley. She listens without judgement and puts things into a perspective that helps me have a better understanding of my feelings and reactions. Therapy with Ashley is quite literally changing my life, as a newer mom and all around human. Thankful to have found her.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Ashley is incredible. She responds quickly and makes me feel like I'm being heard and like she actually wants to help me
Ashley has been fantastic. She's a great listener, and she asks great questions. She's particularly good at reframing what I've said to add perspective, sometimes because I've been judging myself too harshly and need to give myself some grace, and other times because I need to give more consideration to someone else's viewpoint. In both situations, she has helped me improve my communication with family members and be more of an advocate for my own self-care. I feel really lucky to have been matched up with her!
Good Afternoon I just luv Ashley she's the bomb awesome and gorgeous
