Welcome to my bio :-).

I am known for my warm and empathetic nature.

My aim in therapy is to create a trusting and collaborative space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions, resourcing you internally and externally to cope with whatever challenges/issues you bring to counselling.

Being a Level 4 counsellor with the Australian Counsellor's association I have had the privilege of working with clients for 13 years. In these years I have worked with many issues that a person can experience in this "thing called life" : anxiety and stress, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma and grief and loss.

I strongly believe there is always hope when times are dark. Counselling can support you to find the light.

I look forward to working with you, encouraging and facilitating positive changes and improve your overall functioning and well-being.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
