I want to help you live the life you desire. We all have times in our lives when we feel out of synch and need help sorting through the issues. My philosophy is that positive attitudes and actions create positive results.
Throughout my career I have been counselling and helping people from all walks of life in a variety of settings. My style of counselling is very eclectic using techniques from a variety of therapeutic approaches. Together we will discover what works best for you. You will find me an empathetic listener, here to help you explore different perspectives of your situation. I utilize a short term solution based model so that you and I can measure the progress being made.
I am here to guide you through life’s challenges. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship and career related issues. Not all therapists are right for everyone. Let’s talk and see if we are compatible. Then we can start on the path to wellness.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
