Kristen was my very first therapist that I ever tried and we immediately clicked. She has helped me in my process of learning and growing from past behaviors and loving myself more than people who don't love me. She has helped me learn coping mechanisms for the things that hurt me and ways that I can continue to grow. I cannot recommend her enough. She is friendly, just the right amount of professional and is extremely helpful and kind.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

It's been about a month. She is exactly what I need. I need someone to tell me how to navigate live. She is wonderful. Kind, fun, intelligent, and helps me to understand what is going on. I look forward to more sessions. Even when I think I have nothing to talk about, we do. She is not one to just listen the whole time because she explains thing. I said I didn't want a sugar coater... so she doesn't do that with me.

Reviewed August 2024

She is great at looking at a situation and breaking down what is going on in ways that a normal person can understand.
