I have worked with and still work with individuals, groups, couples with various conflicts and problems. I have extensive experience in helping clients with addictions and severe mental illness such as bipolar or schizophrenia, stress and anxiety, depression, coping with grief and loss, & anger management.

My approach is warm and collaborative helping my clients to find their strengths. I use a different approach's Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, some methods from Dialectical Behavior Therapy. (DBT), I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, worth, sensitivity, and compassion.
