James is an absolute god send. I literally couldn’t imagine a better therapist. He is a pillar of support and understanding. After every session with James, I feel a weight has lifted off my shoulders and I can go forward as a better person, with a much clearer understanding of who I am. If you are able to have the pleasure of meeting him, I’m sure you will agree that there is something truly special about James. His expertise, life experience, compassion, kindness, and understanding without judgment or making you feel ashamed are some of the qualities that come to mind immediately. He is comforting and warm, yet he somehow still holds you accountable for yourself and challenges you to be the best you can be without being at all offensive or abrasive. He really helps me understand the “why” of it all and then gives me the tools and guidance to work through it in a way that really works. James is here to really help people and you can feel it in the sessions. It’s nice to have someone who truly cares and is invested in your well being and the best possible future for you. Thank you James, for all that you do. The world would be a better place with more people like you in it!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

James has been great for me. His ability to explain his guidance and understanding of situations is very helpful for me to not only grasp what he's saying, but they stick with me and I am able to think about it and grow in between sessions. Would highly recommend betterhelp to friends and family given my experience with James.
