Mrs. Boulden is a really caring person, she tries her best make her clients feel comfortable around her, she listens carefully and asks questions to understand the situation fully so she can offer the best strategies for it, and she will try to limit strategies for every session to avoid overwhelming her clients. I have been with her for four sessions and I would happily continue with her.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I’ve only had one session with Dr. Boulden (so far) but I can tell she genuinely wants to help people. She wants her patients to be comfortable, so she allows them to “drive” the conversation. Dr. Boulden thoroughly explains the different types of therapy she offers, and works with you to determine which one will be best for you. I love that she checks on you between sessions to see how you’re doing/need anything. I highly recommend.
