I have done therapy with Stelina almost 3 months. I was struggling with a lot of things and couldn't even understand my emotions or thoughts. After working with her I feel like I am closer to myself. She is kind, empathetic and non judgmental and asks questions that help me understand myself and my environment better. Her approach is gentle and curious. I often think about our sessions after they are over and figure out later how speaking to her helped me navigate my week better. She is very professional, I struggle a lot in opening up to people but with her it was not so difficult. I will highly recommend working with her.
