I am licensed in Ohio with 24 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. I moved here from Ireland as a young adult and am familiar with the challenges of adapting to new environments. I started a college Counseling Center and worked there for seven years. I also worked at The Free Clinic in Cleveland. I have completed training at the Gestalt Institue of Cleveland, The Psychoanalytic Institute of Cleveland, and completed a one year program in spirituality. This program included studying many forms of spiritual practice. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
