She's awesome! Gives sound advice, holds me accountable, she makes sure to give me a warning if she's going to say something I may not like to hear. She is very understanding and a great listener.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I've only been working with Mrs. Carin for a short time and there was a lot to catch her up on, but she immediately gave me confidence, small steps to work on parts of me that need to do better, goals, and just an all around better view of life. I love that betterhelp matches the therapist according to your needs, and I am thankful that I was matched with Carin! We've gotten farther in this short time than I have with other therapist over years.
She has helped me with my individual needs. Starting with one thing going over it and moving to the next! I have felt great since Starting sessions with her! I don't think I couldve been paired with a better therapist
