I am so thankful I took the step to trying BetterHelp. I usually do not like to speak to anyone but I love my therapist and she has tremendously helped me when I needed it the most.

I've been in therapy for over 6 months and I truly believe I would not have made it thru this period alive had it not been for my therapist, Christine. I know this sounds very dramatic, but it's the absolute truth. I have never been thru the kind of relentless, destructive stress like this before and my meds didn't come close to giving me a lifeline. Christine helped me build my own lifeline and kept me wanting to cling to it, even when I didn't always feel the motivation myself every day. She was at the top of my Thankful List this Thanksgiving for so many reasons. I couldn't have picked a better mental safety net if I tried. She doesn't do the work for me, but her care and genuine belief in my abilities gets me over the formerly insurmountable barriers I experienced that kept me defeated. Having someone truly see and accept you for who you are is amazing. It's life changing, what you can accomplish from that kind of foundation. Thank you, Christine. So much joy and gratitude for being with me on this journey!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Christine creates a supportive healing environment. She is encouraging without being pushy and seeks for the main goals to direct sessions.

Reviewed December 2024

Christine has been such a blessing to me. She is professional, but kind. She challenges me, but values and validates my perspective. As I continue to work with Christine I can feel deep wounds that I have buried or been too afraid to ever explore actively being healed inside my mind, body, and Spirit. I am so grateful for the support, time, and effort Christine pours into getting to know me and helping me grow in knowing myself better.

She was awesome at listening. She gave good tips and insights about my past and my current state. Her voice is soothing and has you just talking before you know it. She is very skilled and great at her profession. Thank you Christine.

Reviewed June 2024

She is a good listener and seems straight in her answers and suggestions.

Reviewed June 2024

Christine is a true professional. She is one of the best therapist I have ever seen. She has terrific active listening skills that lets me know she is paying attention to only me during my sessions. If she wants you to try an exercise she doesn’t just tell you the steps and leaves it up to you to make sure you are doing it correctly , she walks you through it entirely. She is the most knowledgeable professional I have found when it comes to DBT and BPD. She is also checking in between sessions while I struggle to and that is a big help.

Reviewed June 2024

Christine has been such a tremendous help to me during this very difficult season of my life. Writing in my journal everyday and having her respond with positive validation and offering me encouragement has been such a healing tool and blessing.

Reviewed June 2024

Christine has been extremely supportive and helpful during my therapy sessions. I really appreciate her trauma informed approach.
