Dr. Calderon is nice and she seems very knowledgeable and helpful. Of course, she can only help as long as she has the right information, and sometimes that's scary if you feel like it's too much, but Dr. Calderon listens without judgment and offers advice where she can (the advice is usually pretty helpful tbh) She's pretty open with communication and tries to accommodate her patients as much as possible. She's a good therapist to have

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I think she's nice, and she seems like she knows what she's doing. I understand that therapy is a long road, and I'm content with having someone who is supportive to help me on my journey. She has a nice voice (like especially as far as the intonation and emotional variability, it's not like talking to a robot, which is nice).

Dr. Calderon’s presence and energy during our session was calming and reassuring. She is emotionally and intellectually aware, making it easy to share and feel understood.

Reviewed June 2024

I have been in and out of therapy for a long time. Dr. Calderon understood that and cut through the usual dragging through my history and we touched on the things causing my current issues. Highly recommend ed for anyone returning to therapy or facing a new problem!!
