Cheryl has been wonderful to speak with. She has guided me, validated my feelings, offered topics and questions I haven’t thought of, and has been willing to talk whenever I need it. She has been respectful and really helped me sort through my problems that I wouldn’t have been able to do alone. No one better!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

From the first session I had with Mrs. Cheryl, I knew I was in good hands for seeking counsel during a transitional period of my life. Most first sessions consists of getting to know you as a person and the therapist explaining their approach while in sessions. Within the first session, I already had strategies to approach what I was going through and I got to know her as a therapist. Mrs. Cheryl is kind, supportive, and has provided me with effective strategies for what I am going through. Cannot recommend her enough!
