We are into our 4th or 5th session and I have already had so many breakthroughs as a result of working with Susan! I would highly recommend her! She is just who I needed and was hoping for in a therapist - she is wise, empathetic, discerning, kind, motivational, and thoughtful - she really listens and allows me space to work through things on my own and with her gentle guidance. I have needed this for a long time and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have chosen just the right therapist for me. She is amazing!!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

So far Susan is wonderful. It is early in the process but she has shown that she listens and is always adapting to my needs.
Susan is kind and confident. She makes me feel heard. I have only had a couple of sessions, but I am so glad I began this journey with her!
"Working with Susan was great. She's a fabulous listener and identified the key component of my issue in just two sessions. She provided some wonderful tools and strategies for dealing with my trauma. Additionally, she's just a nice person and easy to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to seek her out again in the future should any other mental health issues arise."
