Hello, a very warm welcome to you.

I can imagine at times we can feel unheard or sometimes it can feel or think no one will understand what you are feeling or experiencing.

I am here to help you get through these situations, help you understand your thoughts and feelings and together we can get you to where you'd like to be.

Are you experiencing any of the following;

- Feeling like you're just surviving the day ?

- Feeling pressure to live up to others expectations?

- Fearful, often finding yourself trying to keep busy to avoid thinking and feeling uncomfortable emotions?

- Feeling angry of frustrated a lot of the time?

- Family or relationship difficulties past or present?

- Feeling lonely or fearing that you will end up alone?

- Feeling exhausted no matter how much rest you get?

- Finding it hard to trust people and let your guard down?

Does it feel like you are experiencing the same problems and it feels like you are going around in circles but don't know how to break the cycle?

If any of this resonates with you then I hear you. Counselling can help, you don't have to face it alone.

I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist registered with the British Association of Counselling and psychotherapy (BACP).

Through our sessions, my focus will be to walk besides through whatever you are experiencing. We can work together to help you understand why you feel like you do, explore early life experiences as well as current events which may have impacted certain patterns in your life.

Counselling can help you make sense of what is happening and respond to your thoughts, feelings and actions. It allows you to reflect, explore other ways to support your thinking process.

I recognise that our emotions can have a huge impact on our mental wellbeing and the importance of acknowledging them. I see that this may be a difficult step to take but I would like you to know that you matter too, and your feelings are valid. I am here to walk right besides you even when you feel you can't.

How I work

Counselling is about you. You choose what you would like to bring to our sessions and I will go at your pace. It's ok if it all seems like it won't make sense, or you just don't know where to start from, I am here to create a safe space to meet you where you are at and together we will begin to acknowledge and work towards the changes that are right for you.

My aim is to create a secure, in-depth relationship with you, where I am emotionally present, genuine and empathic. Our work together will be as a collaborative partnership. I aim to be the best for my clients and endeavour to bring this presence to every relationship, I have regular supervision to support me to best support my clients.

To support this, I consider an Integrative approach. This means I am trained in different approaches so that I can adapt to meet your individual needs. I am here to fully accept you for who you are, I will walk beside you through what you are experiencing. I am aware of the importance of building relationships within our therapeutic space which allows us together to acknowledge a way forward.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
