Hello, welcome. To begin with I understand for some of you, Starting this journey can feel overwhelming, but remember that you’re taking a courageous step towards healing. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

In a safe, confidential and supportive environment, we'll uncover the power of self-healing and transformation together. Each session with me is a step towards a brighter, more fulfilling life.

My journey in the mental health sector began with a strong desire to help others. With a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), I've developed skills to offer meaningful support to those in need.

Throughout my time in NHS Mental Health hospital and GP practices including PICU units, I've witnessed the diverse challenges people face in their pursuit of mental well-being. Over the past 10 years, I've worked with both outpatients and inpatients, across adolescent and adult services, always dedicated to providing a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.

My work is guided by empathy, resilience, and a relentless commitment to growth. Through my expertise in CBT and REBT, I offer tools to help clients achieve positive change and navigate life's complexities with clarity and confidence.

My story is one of compassion, resilience, and unwavering dedication to the well-being of others. Together, we can rewrite your narrative and embrace the path to healing.

Our First Session

In our first session, we'll discuss confidentiality, your reasons for seeking therapy, and what you hope to achieve. I'll also gather some background information about you. It's important to be open and honest to get the most out of the session. We'll talk about your expectations and what you'll need from me as your counsellor. Then, we'll set an initial goal and recommend the number of sessions generally required to achieve it.
