I am Hamida, welcome, you have taken the first and most important step in your recovery journey. I am dedicated to creating a safe space for you during our therapy process and sessions.

I am credentialed in Australia and work in mental health, with 4 years of work experience in therapy/counselling and 7 years in the crisis support. I have experience in helping my clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I create an open and safe environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
