I am licensed in Texas with 16 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have a Certification for Clinical Trauma (Professional level II) and also have an additional certification in treating victims of trauma from narcissistic abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where they can feel like themselves and not worry about outside judgement. I understand better than most therapists what it's like being in need and not knowing where to turn and I feel this is reflected in my understanding, personable nature and overall counseling approach. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Whitney has helped me grow within myself in the short time we have done counseling. Her advice and techniques have brought my anxiety to a nonexistent level. I am learning and growing in self love everyday! She’s been the best!

I’ve seen therapist in the past but Whitney is one of the best I’ve gotten to work with. She listens and provides great techniques. I truly feel I’m making progress with her help. I would definitely recommend Whitney to anyone who needs a good listener and a great support!

Right away Whitney made me feel comfortable as she listened and responded to my life experiences with compassion and empathy. She is helping me turn some of my behaviors and thought processes into healthy ones so that I can have a better relationship with my friends and family along with showing myself some grace. I have learned about what trauma can do to someone and the more I learn, the more I understand how my reactions can be a reflection of that. Just having someone to talk to who understands what I’m going through has been so helpful and finally feels like I’m letting it all out.
