I cant tell you how grateful i am for Jessica and the amazing work she can do. I'm a long way from completing therapy, if i ever do, but i will say that Jessica makes it so much easier to open up and really share what's going on in your mind/life/world.. anything. She has essentially saved my life in many ways and has really helped me see that the Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and other things i struggle with are not what i was put on this earth for, they are mere side quests that i can manage and fix and dispel from my mind. Iv tried therapy in the past and was 100% sure that it just wasn't something that would work for me... turns out i was wrong, Its not the Therapy that helps, its the Therapist. The person that allows to feel safe and reassures you that you're in fact, not broken! Jessica is like Wonder Woman swooping in to save the day and honestly... I'm so glad i downloaded the Better Help app and was matched with her. She is everything you want in a therapist and more. I no longer feel lost, So thank you Jessica.

I have had a really great experience with Jessica. She is very calming and validating and helps me to think for myself, connecting the dots and realising how and why I think and behave in the way that I do. I feel really safe confiding in her as she is very understanding and non-judgemental. I would highly recommend Jessica.

My name is Jessica and I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma and the impacts of trauma. Whether you have a diagnosis of (c)PTSD or you're working through traumatic memories, I can help you rebuild your life and reclaim your identity.

The impacts of trauma can vary widely and you may experience difficulties with anxiety, depression, relationships, at work, in friendships, in your health, your quality of sleep, and general day-to-day life. You're not alone and we can work through this together.

I am an integrative therapist which means I will use different types of therapy depending on what you need at that moment; CBT, humanistic and Psychodynamic. I also have additional training in Trauma Focused CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I have an undergraduate and postgraduate degree in Psychology and have been working in mental health related fields for 10 years.

I know it isn't easy to take that first step, but I'm here with you and we can work together to find a way through.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
