I've been speaking to Jack for over 2 months now and I'm genuinely in such a better place now compared to where I started. The tips he's given me through-out as well as his explanation and ability to explore certain topics has helped changed my perspective on so much and I look forward to becoming the best version of myself with Jack's guidance.

Hello, my name is Jack Brown. I am an experienced Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have been using my knowledge and skills to help people work through some of the worst times in their lives. After years of training and continued personal development, I do what I do with love and passion. I am on a register that has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

I believe we all need to celebrate and embrace our uniqueness and share our gifts with the world. I am a defender and speaker of the truth and want to help others find their voice to speak and live theirs too. From complex trauma, processing big life changes/experiences, to simply investing time in yourself to work towards making effective changes in your life, it is my mission to help you thrive.

I have a background working with a range of different clients, either in person, online or over the phone. I have also worked with survivors of sexual or domestic abuse. I love to provide clients with useful tools they can use right from the first session. By exploring the client's inner world at their own pace, allowing them to process their emotions and be truly heard, I have been along for the journey of people unlocking the power that we all have inside of us - the power we sometimes forget we have. That's the power to find our answers within ourselves and be the true rulers of our life.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Jack is resourceful, responsive and caring. He makes me feel like I'm really being listened to, but challenges me, gives me ways to make change, holds me accountable and is understanding and forgiving. It's been 4/5 months and we're still making steady progress. He's excellent!

In five weeks, Jack has already helped me start to identify behaviour patterns and things I've been holding on to that may be holding me back. I feel safe talking about these issues and things from my past. Our sessions hold no judgement, making feel secure and confident enough to open up. I really value our conversations.
