Donna is an amazing therapist. She is an active listener, making you feel safe, heard and understood, letting you just dump all your thoughts and feelings and organising and addressing them all after. She gives you insights about yourself that you don’t really recognise and she helps guide you to where you want to be. Checking in regularly you won’t feel alone with Donna.
