Lee has been amazing, so supportive and honest with me, which is what I want. He's helped me cope with processing past trauma and given me strategies on how to handle flashbacks and more. He's incredible and always goes above and beyond to support his clients, genuinely such a great person and therapist. Thank you Lee

Lee is a caring, trustable and very attentive therapist that holds a safe space for me and shows up as a human being, not as someone above the client. I recommend him (and hope my Englis is understandable, am not a native speaker).

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

It’s only been 2 weeks but I can honestly say I feel heard and like a weight is off my shoulders by simply disxussing things with Lee. Lee listens and I’ve gained a perspective that really I already knew but needed clarity. I was scared to try therapy at first but lee has made it feel safe and that I will get through this situation.
