I talk a lot and my thoughts are just coming and Dr. Covernton is amazing in asking questions at the right time and highlighting areas to work on deeper. We did an excellent practice of acknowledging and understanding emotions. It was the best practice and I really needed it and it changed how I see my emotions. Now I see them in loving, kind and caring ways. All in all, I’m so grateful that I have Dr. Covernton as my therapist.
