I had only two sessions with Dr. Covernton so far and it already changed my life. Knowing that I have a safe space to talk about everything without any pressure, to be myself without any fears. I talk a lot and my thoughts are just coming and Dr. Covernton is amazing in asking questions at the right time and highlighting areas to work on deeper. We did an excellent practice of acknowledging and understanding emotions. It was the best practice and I really needed it and it changed how I see my emotions. Now I see them in loving, kind and caring ways. All in all, I’m so grateful that I have Dr. Covernton as my therapist. I needed a safe place to talk with a supportive therapist and guidance in my self discovery journey. And sessions with Dr. Covernton are exactly what I was looking for and I’m loving them.
