Louise makes me feel seen, heard and understood. Because of her, I’ve seen a huge improvement in my mental health since I’ve started therapy. I appreciate the time and energy she puts in and out side of our sessions. Louise has a kind, caring, empathic personality which makes me feeling really comfortable and confident to really open up. Which isn’t always easy, but Louise easily puts me at ease. I know I have a lot to work on, but I feel really lucky to have Louise’s help on my mental health journey.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

After trying a few other therapists, Louise is finally one I stuck with. Originally I kept looking for therapists with 10-15+ years experience but Louise proved to me that's not important at all! I feel completely understood during our sessions and that I can be open due to the caring and friendly dynamic Louise creates. She's also great at making me feel good about myself and as a result of all this I'm feeling more confident about myself and more able to talk about my problems. Lastly, her way of explaining psychological concepts and interpreting my thoughts and answers in such a clear, matter-of-fact yet compassionate way has been so refreshing and helped me understand myself better. If you want to make progress with your mental health, definitely consider her! Thank you Louise!
