Hello, i'm Abby, a Person-Centered Counsellor. Here's a little bit about me - I qualified in 2019 and since then, i have had a real passion to facilitate a safe space for people to self discover and process what's going on for them. For me, i feel this is can be key to setting your mind free.

From being a Person-Centered Counsellor, my work with you will be non directive and i will not try to 'fix you'. I'm a true believer that we all have the power within us to make the changes we need, to allow growth and progression, whatever that may mean for you. I am here to work with you, facilitating a safe and non judgemental space, ensuring you feel heard and understood.

Life can be challenging. You may be going through a bereavement, personal life issue, relationship problem, low self esteem or many other issues, possibly leaving you feeling anxious, low or stuck. Processing these experiences may be just what you need. Our work together will be guided by you and we will go at your own pace. Sometimes having that space to just offload can be so beneficial.

I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
