I trained as a therapist to support people live happy and healthy lives and not to feel shackled by experiences and situations that can prevent them from enjoying the here and now and looking forwards to a happy future.

We live for an average of 3 billion seconds, I would like to support everyone I work with use the time in the best possible way free from worry, negative thoughts and experiences that may be impacting them living the life they want to live.

I work as an integrative Therapist. This means that I am trained in the core perspective of Person-Centred practice and include my training in Psychology and other psychological therapies to incorporate exploration of individuals cognitive processes, which can be particularly helpful when working with people who have a neuro diversity diagnosis or who are seeking further understanding of their personal lived experiences.

I adapt and use other theories to meet my clients’ needs’ including Compassion and Dialectic approaches elements of psychology and Existential psychotherapy. Clients can expect an opportunity and space to use to explore their experiences in depth. I will provide the certainty that I will work along with them to gain understanding of the effects of their experiences and to work out how to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing.
