Sarah is so understanding but also willing to challenge me to try things I wouldn’t normally do. I have an odd work schedule and she has always been willing and able to work through those scheduling challenges. She’s amazing.

There are no words that can truly express the gratitude I feel for having contacted Amanda. She is a wonderful, sincere person who listens and cares about what you say and how you feel. I have a bit of previous experience in therapy and I felt like it was not for me. Talking to Amanda changed that and it's only now that I am really looking at the issues and facing them. She's one of a kind and I highly recommend anyone speak to her at least once and you will see

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I absolutely adore Amanda, she really listens to what’s going on and challenges your thinking. She helps me understand my feelings and confirms that’s it is okay to feel that way those are your feelings and they are valid. There is no judgement . I manage to cry at just about every session in a good way and she just lets me, and I couldn’t be more appreciative.
