Hello! Do you feel anxious, sad, confused, angry or depressed? Is trauma holding you back in life? Do you want to change your response to difficult situations?

I am a registered psychologist, based in Melbourne, Australia. I have over 20 years of experience to help you reduce anxiety, alleviate depression, resolve trauma and/or heal relationships.

I use interventions from a number of different theories and modalities to provide the best care to each individual person. My work with you is likely to include cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, art therapy, or psychoanalytic therapy.

I can that say my approach is definitely client centered and that my goal is to meet you where you are at, wherever that may be.

My hope is that together we can help you to find confidence in yourself in sessions with me, and to feel challenged to be the best version of you.

I aim to make sure that my clients feel as though we are taking on life challenges together. And there is always space to maybe even enjoy some humour along the way.

I look forward to exploring with you and to witnessing your relief when things start to make sense and to feel better.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
