Maybe you’re hitting up against some loneliness and isolation right now. Or maybe some old burdens are affecting your current life. Lets talk. I don't have any platitudes about positive thinking, but your story matters to me. The thing is, I really enjoy helping people cultivate resilience and self- compassion. Depression, , Anxiety, Anger that’s hard to control, Addiction issues (Porn, Gambling, Substances) all these are adversities that we humans grapple with. I've been doing this for a minute. I can say for sure that there is no cookie-cutter solution. It's more about connection. My focus is to create the space for someone to know they aren’t alone in this.

A gentle, trauma informed journey into mindfulness ensues, and flows towards specific therapy concepts that work best for the individual. We go with what resonates. I enjoy drawing from IFS, Narrative, CBT, and Client Centered therapies to name a few. These paths can be informed by specific Ted Talks/Podcasts to augment the learning part of our work.

I love the metaphor of life being a journey, a winding path. Most of us have internal burdens we're carrying along the way. Processing some of those with a neutral and supportive confidant, one who has earned your trust, can be immensely healing. So if you want to share the trail for a while, I'd be honored. Either way, I wish you the best on your journey.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

John Kauffroth has an amazing personality that I think a majority of the world could bond with. His patience and care seem to be very effective and his learning capabilities of your problems are extraordinary. He seems to really understand what you're going through as a human being, and not just some bot or number. John makes your sessions feel as if hes not just a slot machine therapist! You don't feel that roll of the dice 50/50 shot of "is the session doing anything? or am I just dumping money into someone for them to say, yeah I understand" John is someone who can help you not only believe in yourself again, but also give you hope. I personally believe a majority of patients need that hope. John could be the therapist/counselor for you, to give you that hope again. Warm Regards.

John is a warm and empathetic person with plenty of experience. He has always responded quickly with well thought out messages. He has a great ability of listening and understanding which is a great relief as it can be difficult talking about my feelings as a first time patient.
