Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

She has really helped me to manage my emotions, face my fears and confront difficult retrospective constructs - using an equilibrium of amusing, relative and direct methodologies

Lydia is compassionate, understanding, and holds a beautifully safe space for you to share without any fear, or judgement. She's not only provided practical advice to help me better handle situations, but has guided me in coping with circumstances beyond my control. Similarly, Lydia has assisted in me unpacking situations from my past that play a pivotal role in how I act and process events in the present - which is hugely beneficial in colouring the gaps that explain the seemingly unexplainable emotions I've struggled to process. I am tremendously grateful to Lydia for her time, knowledge and compassionate care which has helped me to prioritise my mental health and general wellbeing. Highly recommend.

Even in the short time that I’ve been talking to Lydia, and at cross road in my life when so much has changed, I’ve been able with her help to feel that there is a way out of my thinking as an ADHD diagnosed individual. She has been considerate and compassionate, listening and helping me to order things in my head that I’ve been there for a long time. I know that with her specialist help I’ll be able to move forward in my life.
