I am licensed in Wisconsin with 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & intimacy related issues. I have worked with sex offenders and victims of sexual abuse. One issue I am passionate about is how Food and eating are related to mental health. I am currently working on a certification regarding this. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Linda brings a wealth of experience and a variety of modalities to working with her clients and is truly a Master in the Art of Therapy. She invites trust and offers deep and consistent compassion while also offering skills to help scaffold healing. She inspires confidence both in oneself but also in her ability to address the concerns brought to therapy. I highly recommend Linda for anyone who is serious about their own healing.

Linda has shown her humanity in our sessions, making me feel like I have an understanding advocate in the process. I appreciate the way she balances her professionalism as a certified therapist with her heartfelt honesty and shared experiences as a person.

Linda has been a life saver to me. She is compassionate, and listens to me. She sees my struggles and celebrates my triumphs right along beside me. I was feeling so defeated in many ways when I first came to better help. One thing she said to me was ,"Promise me you will never quit trying." She is right along beside me, to help thru or have me look at things differently. She questions me, and makes me really think about things very deeply. She wants me to feel like my old self again too. I am blessed to have her.
