I am truly grateful for the counselling sessions I have had with Dr. Abur. Dr. Abur took time to understand my past, my feelings, and my aspiration for the future, and gave me practical advices so that I can support myself in understanding my past, looking after my well-being today, and planning future towards my goals and aspirations. Dr. Abur gave me a sense of 'I am worth being supported', and I apply the advices Dr. Abur gave me daily. While Australia is home for 25+ million people including the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, dependents of colonial settlers, earlier and recent migrants from different places, all of us can feel left out at times as if there is a mainstream culture that has found the answer to everything about the world. In the midst of capitalist competition, attitudes of arrogance let us forget the wisdom that stood the test of time before the industrialisation. Dr. Abur is one of the rare therapists (I haven't found any other therapists) who helped me to embrace such wisdom and living in this modern world with the sense of joy. I genuinely believe Dr. Abur's approach will help many people from all walks of life.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
