I am new to therapy, and Jay has been incredibly helpful in this new journey. He has helped me reframe situations and offered a new perspective on them. I could not have wanted a better therapist, especially as someone at a first experience.

Jay helped me see my blind spots and provided a space where we could look at my patterns and talk about them in a curious, judgement-free manner. It helped me a lot, so that I was able to make better decisions, let things go and make changes in my life that I otherwise might not have come around to. What a gift! Thank you :)

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

So lucky I got matched with Jay. He’s been great support for me . Can’t recommend him enough.

Jay has been an incredible therapist, he's capable of breaking down walls very easily and makes the experience of therapy not only feel worthwhile but also transparent. In a short time, I've made leaps and bounds in relation to my mental health with Jay's support. I appreciate how he talks through theory and uses a person centred approach, mixing several modes of therapy to create the best framework his clients. Highly recommend!

We’ve worked together for about 6 months. A lot of ground covered. A lot of help with my life.

Have been really enjoying the sessions.

I've had a good few sessions now with Jay and how found him to be perfect for me. He listens, gets me thinking of different points of view, and gives the theory behind why I am/do what I do, which I find very helpful. I was a bit apprehensive about therapy, however Jay makes it very easy to have an open and honest conversation and it feels like you are talking with a friend rather than a therapist from the movies. He has really helped me understand and process relationships with parents, past relationships, dating, and work, all of which I appreciate a great deal. Thank you!

Reviewed May 2024

Jay makes it easy to talk about the most uncomfortable things, not only with zero judgement, but also with zero judgement anticipation!! I was fearing that I might conceal some stuff, but I ended up concealing nothing! In short, I trust him.

I find my interaction with Jay incredibly valuble. He's excellent at finding different angles and meaning in what i say, continuously bringing everything back into perspective. I like his multifaceted approach which uses different techniques and some theory. A+ :)

Jay's a great advisor , listener and very approachable . I feel we achieve something after every session . I also like that he checks in once in a while with me .

I work in a line of work that doesn’t allow much free time at all, jay would always make room for a chat, if I hadn’t reached out in a while due to work commitments or just my mental health was struggling ( I tend to go into my shell) Jay would reach out and check up, and would send multiple messages if I didn’t reply. This Helped me to reconnect when I wasn’t on my best form. We had great chats that helped me understand my relationship a bit more, I continue to talk to Jay and although I’m not always great at reaching out I do really enjoy chatting, I look forward to continuing our sessions cheers Jay really appreciate you.
