Having therapy with Nicole has been life changing. I feel so lucky to have her support each week. She has helped me to find a purpose when life felt so hard to navigate. She gives me a Safe place to challenge habbits and behaviours that don't serve me, whilst being so incredibly kind and compassionate, helping me to be kind to myself and remove the shame I have felt from trauma. She is so knowledgeable, helps me to understand why I have a emotional response to things, and validates my experience wether it's good or bad. She is just amazing ! Thank you Nicole :)

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Nicole is a very warm, supportive and empathetic Therapist, who really listens to you and your needs. She gives specific advise that helps to manage whatever current situation you are struggeling with. She knows exactly how to ask the right questions so you get to know yourself better and understand certain patterns or beliefs (and question them) She really helped me trough hard times and it’s always a relief to talk to her. You never feel like too much. She acknowledges and validates your feelings but also makes you question negative inner beliefs. I definitely want to keep her as my therapist. She creates a real safe place!

Only had 2 sessions but am very happy with how it's progressing, it has more than met my expectations so far

Reviewed February 2024

Nicole is extremely patient and perceptive. She remembers and recalls from the earlier sessions to tie things together to make sense of it all. Talking to someone who doesn’t judge at all and is able to provide support really helps.

Reviewed February 2024

Nicole is a very warm person who makes the session so comfortable. She has a great way of making you feel like you're talking to friend. This is my first time doing therapy and I was completely at ease discussing hard topics.
