I experienced multiple traumatic events in a very short time span. I experienced loss, unwanted publicity, legal battles, and very ugly behavior by people who I considered family. I went through multiple therapists and various therapy methods to help me cope. Nothing has worked for me as well as my time spent with Cindy Gibson. I am so grateful for the guidance and support that I receive. This attention has truly FINALLY set me on an upward healing journey.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

My therapist listens to me. She understands the things I’ve been through and doesn’t look down on me for having gone through them. I appreciate the things she sends to me between sessions such as good books and motivational quotes to keep me thinking positively. This is truly life saving
Although we’ve only met a handful of times, she’s EXTREMELY kind and welcoming. I’ve hard HORRIBLE experiences with therapy in the past and she’s given me hope that therapy can work with the right person. She never invalidates me or makes me feel like I’m not trying hard enough. She’s a fantastic listener with such a warm heart. I cannot recommend her enough.
