Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Judi is god’s gift to me. She offers the exact kind of support I need, and is extremely sensitive to my needs and emotions. I love that she’s approachable, genuine, and professional too. I feel grateful w having Judi along side me in my healing journey. She constantly reassures, encourage, and offers constructive feedback. When I was struggling with drawing boundaries, she gave me clear directions on how I can equip myself with the skills to overcome each difficulties. And I was able to implement them without even realizing so, until she pointed it out. When I was going through a break up, she was always there for me, and made time for me to schedule a phone call. She made sure that I was ok, and I am forever grateful to such a kind and wonderful being.

Judi is an excellent guide in helping one arrive at important questions that furthers self-examination. Her gentle approach is very powerful: drilling down on matters of importance without labouring it. In a very short space of time, I managed to uncover several root causes for the challenges I continue to face and together we could plan ways to improve my behaviour. Thanks to my sessions with Judi it is clear that even in middle age one can make significant positive changes to one’s mindset and behaviour. Judi is highly intelligent, pragmatic and very likeable. I fully recommend her to everyone. Thank you, Judi!
