I started therapy during a very troubled and chaotic time in my life. I could tell that i wasnt alright and really wanted to do something about it. I have a combination of older traumatic issues and current crisises. Deborah worked at simutaneously with me to help deal with old issues, and dealing with inmediate ones too. While i continue to work on myself and through my challenges I am in a Very different and better place then I was just a few months ago. The combination of Deborahs experience and empathy has been truly lifechanging.

Deborah has been amazingly great for me. She is straight forward, is incredibly nice while also giving me purposeful guidance and attention. My only regret is that I didn't meet her sooner. Thankful to have found BetterHelp and especially Deborah. From our very first talk, I felt validated and seen and that is so nice. I look forward to future work with her and the work I’ll continue to do for myself, and my kids.

I’ve had one session with Deborah. Out of hundreds of sessions during my life time, since childhood, I have had a handful of therapist that I struggled to understand and communicate with. Sessions where I felt like a number and less like a human. I spent years blaming myself because it felt like I simply couldn’t communicate my needs and struggles. I don’t know how to express the vast difference I recognize in the one session I’ve had with this clearly gifted woman. I will be returning and highly recommend.
