The important thing about Paul is he listens and I cannot stress how important that is. He has a very calm, reassuring and non judgmental approach that allows you safely open up and discuss how you’re feeling and what’s going on inside your mind. He’s really on your side and this is the sign of a truly excellent therapist.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Early days but I am enjoying my sessions with Paul. He is easy to talk to and listens to what you have to say.
Paul is my first-ever therapist, and I am really enjoying our conversations. He's adapting to my needs and teaching me how to deal with whatever issues arise. His ability to remember essentially every detail I tell him is uncanny but very much appreciated. I am enjoying the journey and would recommend Paul for sure.
Paul is great at assessing the needs of his clients and holds space for genuine and sincere interaction.
