Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

She has been great
Very thoughtful and helpful
I can imagine it must be difficult to work with people like this - people are so layered and it takes so much time to get to know what has brought someone to better help. I have been working with Sarah for a short few weeks - she has a great way of listening for understanding, asking the right questions and a patience that seems to know there is much to uncover.
Sarah’s style of therapy worked very well for me, it helped me work through some issues that I had that were the underlying cause for depression. Sarah is very direct and honest, usually on the spot, while some do not like this approach it works well for me.
I’ve been very happy with our two sessions
Sarah is wonderful. She has helped me see things from a new perspective. She has helped me work towards being a better communicator and listening to my needs. Would recommend her
Sarah is compassionate, kind, and patient. She has a great way of leading me to new ways of thinking about certain circumstances as they come. We share the same values so its easy to talk to her and I never feel judged. I can honestly say I'm turning into a better version of myself because of the work we have done together as a team!
Sarah is a straight forward, no-nonsense type of therapist which is exactly what I personally need. I highly recommend her, especially if you want to hear it like it is, straight-forward, yet with compassion.
