More about Philip

Hi there,

My name is Phil, an Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor working in private practise from the U.K. I help people with Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Trauma, Addiction, Loss, Abandonment, Rejection, Domestic Abuse Recovery, Confidence, Self Esteem and Relationship issues. I also help with a wide range of other areas including Career, Self care, Purpose and Meaning, Existential/Spiritual/Religious and Philosophical exploration and much more.

My main area of expertise is in helping people to identify the subconscious patterns that lead to problematic presentations and blocks in their current lives. These patterns mainly consist of behaviours, perceptions, beliefs and emotions. Here we often work with the subconscious, which is the inner child, to heal the wounds deep within that prevent us from feeling good enough, loved, worthy and wanted. Integrating these two aspects of the self to create autonomy and personal freedom.

If you have things coming up that you would like support with, please reach out. Weather you need clarity, to create goals, or help with specific problems, it's my passion to mutually explore the landscape of 'you' and to help you with the tools needed to make a breakthrough..

Take good care,

Phil

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Phil is simply incredible. I already recommended him to a few of my friends and they wrote to BetterHelp support in order to work with Phil and no other therapists.
