Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Overall rating:
The best therapist I’ve ever encountered out of the 5 I’ve tried !!
An awesome guy and does great work. Glad he is my provider!
I'm very thankful to have had Edward's help with my journey of healing and understanding.
My first two sessions were insightful and informative with Edward. Getting to relate with my own personal experiences has helped me understand that our walks are somewhat different but it’s important to give ourself grace no matter the distance we’ve traveled. I think that he unknowingly has helped me understand my courageous nature but I still have more work to do internally so it can ground me externally.
Best therapist. After my first experience I didnt have much confidence in therapy but he has completely changed that for me
He is understanding and give you things to think about, he is relatable and down to earth. He doesn't judge or make you feeled judged. He shared his own life stories with you to compare. He is amazing
He’s a really great person & therapist. It’s very easy to be vulnerable with him and he makes it easier with the jokes
This was my first time with therapy and Edward was very easy to connect to and knowledgeable
Easy to talk to, helped me a lot
Edward offered a fast and tailor-made solution for my issues.
Most relatable therapist I’ve had thus far
