I am a native of Tucson, Arizona and received most of my education in Tucson. I hold two graduate degrees: My first Masters was from Regis University in Denver Colorado. My second Masters was from Ottawa in Phoenix. I also received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies from Ottawa.
I am married and the mother of three grown children, plus three beautiful granddaughters ages 8 through 19 years old.
I have taught both in public and private schools for a number of years. In addition to being a teacher, I was a public school counselor and behavioral specialist for the Madison School District in Phoenix.
Education degrees, plus years of experience both in public and private schools have provided me with plenty of experience working with all ages of school kids.
I have a new website you might provide a broader review of my experience, education and areas I have expertise in. www.marybrasch.com

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Mary is great!
I worked with Mary for the last 2-3 months and I would recommend her to anyone! She’s honestly the first therapist I truly enjoyed working with and felt like understood me.
Caring, respectful, insightful and able to break progress down into manageable bits that can be attained. I would recommend Mary to anyone
I've only had one session with Mary at this time. I will say she listens and is very helpful with everything.
