WELCOME!

My name is Eugenie, and I am a counsellor and psychotherapist with a background in the mainstream psychology, spiritual practices, and philosophical modalities. I started my professional journey as a naturopathic therapist in the complementary medicine field almost 15 years ago. Using techniques like Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), guided meditation, and mindfulness, among others, I have helped clients with various physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual concerns.

I work with English- and Russian-speaking clients.

My integrative therapeutic approach combines elements from several modalities to suit each client’s unique needs and preferences. I may include aspects of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, NLP techniques, and other interventions. My approach is simple and seamless, yet my clients find it engaging, inspiring, enlightening, and effective.

Whether you are seeking help for relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief, personality disorder, identity struggles, or simply desire to grow and self-improve, I’m here to support you. No fancy words, just genuine care and support.

At the core of my work is humanistic ethos, founded on the understanding that every person can heal, grow and thrive in an environment of empathy, unconditional acceptance, and genuineness.

As your counsellor, I will give you my unwavering support, genuine attention, and utmost respect as you navigate your concerns, thoughts, emotions, and anything that matters to you.

When we work together, I will empower you to find the best path forward. Together, we will equip you with the tools, strategies, and insights to help you overcome your difficulties, build resilience, and develop greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-compassion.

I will encourage your active participation in determining the topics you wish to discuss and the goals you aspire to achieve. If you find it difficult to speak to begin with, I will help you by asking questions. We will work as equal partners at the pace that suits you. I will always receive your wishes, ideas, and proposals with respect, curiosity, and understanding.

I understand that reaching out for help takes courage and strength. I am truly sorry to hear that you are struggling, but I am genuinely glad that you have taken this important and brave step to ask for help. I am here to assist you in working through your challenges and provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.
